- Materials cannot be returned without authorization.
- Customers must obtain a Return Good Authorization number (RGA#) from Raptor and reference this RGA# on the returned goods.

- Unauthorized returns will be returned at the shipper’s cost.
- Only materials purchased 60 days from invoice date can be returned & items must be sent back to Raptor within 60 days from date of RGA.
- A re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to the return.
- The re-stocking fee can be waived with an offsetting equal or greater value order. Order must be placed at the time of return.
- Only catalog items suitable for resale may be returned, preferably in the original packaging.
- Credit will not be given on any items used or damaged in any manner.
- Parts will be inspected and verified before any credit is issued.
- Credits will be issued in the form of a credit against your account. Credits cannot be issued as cash or check.
- Transportation charges must be prepaid on returns.
- Raptor is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Large volume quantities may not be returned.
- Specials, obsolete parts, and prototype items are noncancelable and nonreturnable.
